Ingredients

    2# beef (I used a london broil) cubed
    1/4 C (or less) flour
    3 Cans mixed vegetables drained
    2 boxes beef broth
    2 cans whole potatos drained - cubed
    .5 C white rice
    .5 C quick cook barley

Directions

flour and season beef to taste
brown in little bit of vegetable oil
add remaining (except rice and barley)
bring to boil, reduce and simmer 2 hrs
add rice and barley, continue simmering add'l 1 hr
