Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter/olive oil spread
    2.25 lbs. Stew meat
    1 clove garlic (grated)
    1/2 cup ken's honey teriyaki marinade
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    3 tbsp honey
    11 oz. Crystalized Ginger (grated)
    2 bell peppers cut into strips

Directions

Melt butter in skillet. Add meat and garlic and cook just until browned. Transfer to crockpot. In same skillet, mix remaining ingredients, except peppers, and bring to slight boil. Pour over meat. Cook in crockpot on low 6-8 hours, adding peppers (or veggies of choice) during last hour. Serve over rice.
