Here's a great low-fat way to kick-start your morning or get that much needed afternoon boost. Here's a great low-fat way to kick-start your morning or get that much needed afternoon boost.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
    1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free vanilla yogurt
    1 cup fat-free milk
    2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
    2 tablespoons splenda
    2 tablespoons reduced-sugar strawberry fruit spread

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately

    having the splenda threw me off a bit as it is something new in my diet. I think next time I will try it without any additional sweetners - 1/21/08

  • Great recipie, but made some changes. Didn't use dry milk powder, use lemon juice and I didn't use as much fat free milk, kinda like mine thick. I used bag of frozen fruits mixed, very easy and convient. Didn't need sugar, fruits were already sweet to me. - 1/20/08
