    100 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) (remove)
    Ground Pork, 32 oz (remove)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    *green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Angel Hair Cole Slaw Green Cabbage, 5 cup (remove)


I steam for about 20 minutes and they come out perfect.


Combine pork, ginger, garlic, onion, soy, cabbage, and egg in a bowl. Place 1 T of mixture into each wonton. Using water, seal up the wonton into a triangle shape. Steam, boil, or fry (adds calories and fat) until pork is cooked through.

Serving Size: makes 100 dumplings, appitizer serving size = 2 dumplings
