Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *brocoli, 1 cup (remove)
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    plus seasonings

Tips

use what ever seasoning you like.


Directions

cut up brocoli kinda fine. slice peppers into about 1 inch strips, snap beans in half,grind garlic in to a paste or chop real fine, cut chicken into peices, place all veggies into a pan with about a 4th a cup water let simmer for about 15 min untill veggies start to get soft add chicken. add seasonings to taste. i used garlic onion power pepper and a touch of salt, simmer on med heat for about another 15- 20 min untill chicken is done. boil brown rice and serve chicken and veggies over top rice.
