Introduction

I got this pizza crust recipe from a friend and I love it!! No idea who came up with this recipe but whoever it was is a genius! I got this pizza crust recipe from a friend and I love it!! No idea who came up with this recipe but whoever it was is a genius!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    I package (8 oz) Cream cheese at room temperature
    1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
    2 eggs
    2 tsp olive oil for greasing pan


Tips

The crust will be firm enough to to actually hold like a regular pizza. Go easy on the cheese topping as the cheese taste will already be quite strong.


Directions

1. Cream the cream cheese in a bowl with the parmesan.
2. Beat the eggs until frothy and add to the cheese mixture.
3. Grease an 9X13baking tin.
4. Spread the spreadable dough into the pan
5. Bake ina preheated oven f0r 30 minutes. On my oven it is gas mark 2.
6. Let cool slightly and top with toppings and place in oven again until ready (cheese is bubbly).

Serving Size: Makes 1 9x13 pizza crust
