Ingredients

1 cup kraft shredded cheese
12 corn tortillas 6 inch in diamater
1 15 oz can red or green enchilada sauce
1 lb diced bonledd skinless chicken breast
Directions
cook diced chicken breast in skillet with a little bit of water until cooked all the way through. Add about 3/4 cup of enchilada sauce to bottom of 9X13 pan,spread evenly and top off with 6 of the corn tortillas overlapping them evenly. Add chicken on top of tortillas and top off with the remaining tortillas and add the rest of the enchilada sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes on 350, place cheese on top and finish baking for 15 minutes.Can be served with low fat sourcream and cilantro, fresh salsa and guacamole.. Enjoy!
