Ingredients

    1 lb lump or backfin crab meat
    1 Tbsp Mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup lite mayo
    1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
    2 Tbsp bread crumbs

Directions

Mix well. Form into 6 cakes. Let set. Saute using cooking spray or broil.

Serving Size: makes 6 crab cakes
