Ingredients

    4 cups of shells
    Lean ground turkey 1.25 lb
    2 large cans whole tomatoes-torn (only use the juice of one)
    I 15 oz can sauce
    sauteed mushrooms and onions
    chopped parsley
    a little shredded cheddar

    Bake at 350 for an hour.


Tips

Bake in rectangular casserole for easier measuring of servings. One eighth recipe is 400 cal. Skip the cheese and it's still fairly decent and fewer calories.


Directions

Cook shells
saute onions and mushrooms. add turkey and cook
add meat to shells. Add tomatoes (torn up) and sauce.
mix in the cheddar cheese
Cook at 350 for an hour
