Ingredients

    1/2 C. Splenda
    1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    1/3 C. Water
    2 C. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

Tips

Add a little more cornstarch to make it thicker & use it over ice cream or cheesecake.


Directions

1.In a 2-qt. saucepan, combine Splenda & cornstarch; gradually stir in water. Add blueberries; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold over French toast, pancakes or waffles.
