This is a good way to use up leftover rice. The prep time will be longer if you don't have cooked brown rice on hand. Use real maple syrup, not maple-flavored pancake syrup.
Directions
1. Combine rice, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon or nutmeg in a microwave safe bowl.
