Introduction

W/ Soy Flour W/ Soy Flour
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1.125 cup
    Soy Flour, .375 cup, stirred
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 stick
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add eggs. Mix. Mash and add bananas. Mix. Add flours slowly while mixing. Fold in chocolate chips. Add to loaf pan and bake 60 minutes at 350 deg F.
