Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 Matzoh boards (crumbled)
    4 eggs
    1/2 Cup skim milk
    dash of vanilla extract

Directions

Combine crumbled matzahs with milk until they are softened... add more milk if necessary, but only until matzah is softened and absorbs all the milk. Add egs and mix well. Add vanilla and mix well.
Pour mixture in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Fry until bottom is browned. To flip - slide brie out onto a plate and then place pan over the plate using cooking mitts and flip so that the uncooked side is now cooking on the pan. Cook another few minutes until browned on both sides.
Serve warm with honey, cinnamon & sugar, preserves, syrup, or almond butter. Delicious!!!!
