    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 oz white wine
    6 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp corn starch
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    1 tsp sugar
    4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
    4.5 c broccoli, chopped
    3 c green peppers, sliced
    4.5 c onions, sliced
    4.5 c carrots, sliced
    228 grams tofu (1 package)
    1.7 lbs chicken


Cook chicken; drain. Dissolve corn starch in a small amount of water; reserve. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add carrots and white wine; cover and cook for a few minutes. Add onions, then peppers and broccoli; cook for a few more minutes, Add chicken, tofu, sugar, soy sauce, corn starch and white pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Serve over rice. Makes 9 3/4-cup servings.
