Ingredients

    2.5 cups rolled oats
    1 tsp cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    2.5 cups of sliced bananas (4 medium ripe bananas)
    3 tbsp apple sauce
    1 tbsp tahini

Tips

try adding nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, flax seeds, etc. You can use oil, peanut butter, agave syrup, etc. in place of tahini or applesauce. Very easy to adjust to your liking!


Directions

Put oats, cinnamon and salt into food processor and blend until oats are crumbled. Mash bananas and mix all wet ingredients in a bowl. (frozen bananas work well, but thaw them first) Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.

Serving Size: makes 24 small cookies
