Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup plain flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup mashed banana
    525gm can undrained crushed pineapple (approx 2 cups)
    2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

Greast a 20cm ring pan, line base with paper and grease paper.
Combine sifted dry ingredients, sugar and walnuts in a large bowl. Stir in banana, pineapple and eggs.
Spoon into prepared pan and bake in a moderate oven for 1 1/4 hours (or until a skewer inserted comes out clean). Stand 10 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.
