Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon olive oil

This was great and tasted good. I used a can of diced tomatoes instead. This is better than breaded okra. - 3/25/17

    Incredible!
I used fresh tomatoes, roma instead of beeksteak tomatoes; red onion and a little water to replace the juice of the canned tomatoes, and frozen kernel corn (last minute add). It reminded me of my childhood. Will use this on a regular. - 8/26/16
