    2 cup Mango pulp
    1/2 cup koya (or a mixture of 3/4th cottage cheese and 1/4 butter)
    1/4 th cup sugar
    1 cup unbleached flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk


Add the ingredients in the order given. Mix properly and pour in a loaf tin. Bake at 360 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Check by inserting a knife.
