Ingredients

    1 (12 oz) box Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate
    1/2 cups Onion, chopped
    1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    44 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (70% less fat),
    cut in 1/4 pieces
    1 (6 oz) can Lg Black Olives, sliced
    6 Mushrooms (fresh), sliced
    1 (8 oz) can Great Value Tomato Sauce (no salt added)
    1/2 cups Ragu Pizza Sauce
    3/4 cups Crystal Farms 6 Cheese Italian, shredded

Directions

Cook Penne as directed on package, drain. Saute onions, peppers and pepperoni until vegetables are almost tender. Add olives and mushroom, saute for 1 minute, add tomato and pizza sauce let simmer until heated. Mix sauce and 1/2 cup cheese into pasta. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, top with remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until hot and blubbly.
