Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small Pineapple - cored, peeled and diced
    1 pint Blueberries
    4 small Bananas - peeled and sliced
    10 extra large Strawberries - quartered
    2 medium Apples - cored and diced
    1 large Orange - peeled and diced

Tips

While the fruit juices are sweet enough, if you must add sweetener...use 0 calorie sweeteners like Sweet n Low or Splenda


Directions

Peel, core, dice and quarter fruit to your individual tastes. Add all fruit to a large bowl. Serve chilled (if possible).
