Introduction
Vegetables are delicious on their own, but this light lemon sauce is a great addition to roastedor steamed vegetables. I love it over roasted asparagus. Use this in place of Hollandaise

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup Daisy Brand 2% low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp Daisy Brand Light sour cream
3 tbsp skim milk
2 lemons, zested and juiced
Tips
If you prefer a spicier sauce, add white
pepper to taste.

Directions
1. Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and milk in a food processor and pulse to puree. (You can also use an immersion blender; just place the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.)
2. Add the lemon zest and pulse to combine,
then stream in the lemon juice, whisking continuously, until the mixture is pourable. (You might
not need all the lemon juice.)
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
