Ingredients

    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
    Sorrel, fresh, 2 cup
    Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp
    Water, 6 cups
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.2 cup

Directions

Melt the butter over medium. Add and saute the chopped shallots until cooked. Add the sorrel and saute until it changes color. Separately, add bouillon to 1 cup hot water and mix well. Then add to the sorrel and add the rest of the water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the flour with the milk until there are no lumps (first mix a small amount of milk and stir well, then add the rest of the milk). Add this to the soup and stir until it thickens slightly. Enjoy!
