Ingredients

2 cups oats (or preferred cereal/grains)
1 cup ground flaxseed (wheat bran/germ will also work)
1 cup vanilla hemp protein powder (or preferred protein powder)
1 cup sunflower seeds (or preferred nuts/chocolate chips)
1 cup chopped figs (or preferred dried fruit)
3/4 cup sorghum molasses table syrup (or preferred sweetener)
1 cup sunflower seed butter (or preferred nut butter)
Tips
This recipe is very flexible;I have included ideas for possible swap outs. The possibilities are endless, and you can swap out any ingredients to suit your tastes or to use what you have on hand in the pantry.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in nut butter and sweetener using a hand mixer until thoroughly combined. Press into a 9 X 13 greased pan using a piece of wax paper. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or to desired crunchiness. Let cool, then cut into bars.
