Ingredients

    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Can 98% Fat Free Cream Mushroom Soup
    1 Can 98% Cream Broccoli Soup
    1 Cup Water
    3/4 Cup Rice (Uncooked)
    1/4 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

Directions

Mix Rice, Soup, Water and Seasonings and rice. Spread in the bottom of a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Place Chicken on Top and Cover and bake for 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until Chicken is done.

    This is a new family favorite!!!! I Used Brown rice and the next time I will double the rice amount as the rice/soup mixture was a little runny. It was fabulous! - 1/28/11
