Ingredients

    dry ingredients:
    -2 cups almond flour
    -3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
    -3 T polydextrose fiber
    -2 T & 2 t granular Splenda
    -1 T & 1 t powdered erythritol (double if using granular)
    -1/2 t baking soda
    -1/4 t salt

    wet ingredients:
    -3 beaten large eggs
    -1/4 c sugar-free chocolate syrup (I used Walden Farms)
    -3 T sour cream
    -1 t balsamic vinegar
    -1/2 t vanilla extract

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" x 9" baking pan with butter.
2) Mix dry ingredients until well-combined.
3) Mix wet ingredients and then add to dry. Batter will be thick.
4) Evenly disperse batter in pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes minutes, until a knife or toothpick pressed into the center comes out clean.
