1 Stop and Shop brand whole wheat 7" Pizza Crust (If you can't find stop and shop brand, use another whole wheat personal crust)
PIzza Sauce
Part-Skim Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Tips
There can be a lot of variation in this recipe. if you can't find exact matches for ingredients, substitute for similar ingredients. Measurements don't have to be exact, you can add more or less depending on what you like. Same goes for toppings. Nutrition info is given for the exact amount and brands I listed.
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400 F.
2) Lightly grease baking sheet with Pam.
3) Spread a little bit of olive oil on the pizza crust, just enough to cover the whole crust lightly.
4) Spread 1/8 cup of pizza sauce on the crust, leaving room at the edges to hold pizza when it's done
5) Spread 1/2 cup of the cheese over the sauce.
6) Top with any veggies or healthy meats you like! I like it with broccoli and onion.
7) Bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starts to become tinted darker.
