Ingredients

    3 cups chopped fresh rubarb
    1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
    2 cups water
    1 cup Splenda
    2-4 serving packages sugarfree strawberry jello

Directions

Cook rubarb in water until soft, about 10 minutes. add strawberries, splenda and dry jello. Allow to chill overnight. Delicious served with vanilla yogurt.
