Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 Iceberg lettuce leaves (any should work, though)
    4 slices center cut bacon
    1 medium roma tomato
    1 tbsp light mayo
    Fresh ground pepper

Tips

To get the fat count down, try using Greek Yogurt instead of light mayo!


Directions

Cook bacon as directed.
Shred one of the lettuce leaves and distribute evenly between the two remaining leaves.
Chop up tomato and add mayo and ground pepper to taste.
Put half of tomato mixture in each leaf.
Once bacon is cooked, chop and add 2 slices to each leaf.
Wrap up and enjoy!!
