Introduction

Ingredients

    8.25 oz can Mandarin Oranges in light syrup
    1 15.25 can of Dole Pineapple (crushed or tidbits) in its own syrup
    8.5 oz box of Sugar Free Orange Jello
    24 oz Cottage Cheese (2% milk fat)
    4oz (1/2 of an 8 oz pk) of Cool Whip lite

Directions

Drain Pineapple and Mandarin Oranges. Mix pineapple, Sugar Free Jello powder, cottage cheese and cool whip together. Poor in container and place mandarion oranges on top. Put in refridgerator for at least 1 hour
