Ingredients

    Kale
    celery
    carrots
    red peppers
    sunflower seeds
    pecans
    flaxseed

Directions

process all veggies in food processor
chop nuts/seeds in coffee grinder
grind flaxseeds in coffee grinder
mix all ingredients with enough water to make spreadable
spread on dehydrator trays 1/4 thick, dry until they snap. Store in ziplock bags or sealed container.
