Ingredients

    12 oz. (28g) uncooked egg nooldles
    12 oz water packed tuna fish, drained
    2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
    16 oz Fat Free sour cream
    1/2 cup Fat Free or light mayonnaise
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp parsley
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2- 1 cup Fat Free cheddar cheese

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degs
Cook noodles according to pkg without fat or salt. Fold in tuna, mushrooms and peas.
Whisk sour cream,mayo,mustard,parsley salt and pepper fold into tuna noodle mixture.
Bake until top is golden and bubbly about 30 mins.
Yields 1 cup per serving
