Ingredients

    *Aidell's Cajun Style Andouille Sausage (1 sausage), 4 serving (remove)
    Brussels sprouts, fresh, 453.5 grams (remove)
    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)

Directions

Brown sausage and bacon. Move to papertowels to drain with slotted spoon. Saute onions, garlic, and brussels sprouts in the bacon and sausage drippings. Add 1 tbsp EVOO. Once starting to brown and carmelize, add the sausage and bacon back in. Add 1 tbsp butter and saute until ready.

Serving Size: makes 6-8 side servings
