Ingredients

    1 lb of carrots and peas
    12 oz of ground beef 91%
    1 tsp or less of allspice
    1 tsp or less of 7 mixed spices
    Salt to taste
    Granulated garlic to taste
    2 tbsp or less of tomato paste (depends on taste)
    Chopped onion to taste

Tips

The amount of spices, salt and garlic along with tomato paste depends upon your taste. Serves nicely with rice.


Directions

Heat oil and lightly fry chopped onions.
Add ground beef and cook on high heat until well cooked add the spices and salt
Add carrots and peas, let boil and then cover and simmer for 10 minutes
When done mix in the tomato paste
