Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 egg white
    1 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened with vanilla
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp flax seed meal
    1 1/4 cup blueberries or other fruit

Directions

mix ingredients,if too thick add a little more almond milk, let sit for 5 minutes, heat up skillet and spray with olive oil spray. Cook pancakes until done.
