Introduction

Some people will call this “smashed potatoes” as I prefer to leave the skin on. If you prefer, feel free to peel your potatoes before boiling them. Some people will call this “smashed potatoes” as I prefer to leave the skin on. If you prefer, feel free to peel your potatoes before boiling them.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

6 medium red potatoes, cubed. I like the Green Giant Klondike Rose potatoes, but any red potato should work well.
1 Vegetable Bullion cube dissolved in water for boiling (enough to cover potatoes)
    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/3 cup sour cream
    3 cloves minced garlic
4 TBS warm cream (milk will do)
    Seasons for taste

Tips

These are really good served with Gravy

Directions

Boil potatoes until they are easily broken with a fork – about 20 minutes.
Drain and place in large bowl.
Mash the potatoes until most of the lumps are gone.
Stir in remaining ingredients and beat with a mixer until well-blended.
