Ingredients

    Sweet potato
    Olive oil
    Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions

Cut sweet potato in 1/8 inch thick. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle salt, pour cold water just enough to cover the potatoes. Soak for 30 minutes. Drain and pat potatoes dry. Line them on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil. sprinkle salt. turn them over and do the same thing on the other side.
