Introduction

I threw together some things from my pantry and frig to get a quick lunch with protein for a post roller blading work out. I threw together some things from my pantry and frig to get a quick lunch with protein for a post roller blading work out.

Ingredients

    I can (16 oz) Bush's Baked Beans, Original
    1/4 cup Hunt's Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce
    1/4 cup broccoli flourets
    1 cup Perdue Short Cuts Grilled Chicken Breast
    1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
    salt free Greek Seasoning, for taste

Directions

1. dice bell pepper and broccoli as desiered. chop up chicken into smaller pieces if desired too.

2. combine baked beans, spaghetti sauce and broccoli in medium pan and set stove to medium/medium-high. cook for roughly 5 minutes, stiring occasionally.

3. Meanwhile, combine chicken and bell pepper in small pan and season as desired. Saute during the 5 minutes.

4. Add chicken/pepper mix into baked beans and cook for 5 minutes longer. Let cool, enjoy!
