This is a sweet post workout treat that will satisfy your biggest sugar craving, but of course there is no added sugar, just fast acting carbs and protein. Ingredients

2 servings chocolate protein powder
8 medjool dates, pitted and rehydrated
8 oz unsalted, oil roasted cashews
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tsp organic vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cups fiber one cereal
5 gingersnap cookies
Directions
Remove pit and soak dates overnight in water
Drain dates, combine all ingredients except for fiber one cereal and gingersnaps in food processor. Blend until chunky consistency. You can add the nuts in last if you like bigger pieces.
In a separate food processor combine fiber one and gingersnaps, blend until the consistency of bread crumbs.
Take small handfull of protein mixture, roll into log shape. Then roll in cereal/cookie mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Enjoy
