    *curry leaves = 1 leaf, 12 serving
    *Salt - Table - 1 tsp., 1 tsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp

Directions

in a blender,put 1 and 3/4 th cup of freshly grated coconut ,water, curry leaves and salt...blend for about 30 seconds...have with idlis to reduce the glycemic index of the idli...
