Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef, lean
    1 package (16 oz) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1 package (10 oz) Frozen Veggies, Squash Blend
    1 Can (10.5oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes
    2 Cans Spicy V8 Juice 11.5 oz
    1 Can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
    Salt and Pepper

Tips

Can mix and match frozen veggies to taste or use regular V8 Juice if you don't like a lot of spice!


Directions

Spray slow cooker with Pam spray. Crumble beef in bottom of cooker. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Cook on High for 4 hours.
