Ingredients

    2 Cans Tuna Fish
    1 small onion, diced
    2 medium carrots, diced
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup (eyeballed) breadcrumbs (more or less up to you)
    Franks RedHot Sauce (how much you want, couple of dashes if you're not sure)
    1 dash pepper
    2-4 teaspoons oil

Directions

- Combine all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl with your hands
- Form into 4-6 patties
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, cook patties until browned
- Flip them over, add more oil if necessary, cook this side until browned

Serving Size: Makes between 4-6 patties
