Ingredients

    1 can white tuna in water
    1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
    6 artichoke hearts (canned) chopped
    1/2 c garbanzos or chick peas
    5 sun dried tomatoes, sliced
    1/4-1/2 cup prepared marinara sauce
    salt and pepper
    dried oregano
    about 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth for moisture
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions

mix everything in small casserole dish and bake for about 30mins on 450 to heat and crisp everything. I covered it with foil. If you like it spicy, you can add chili powder and/or turmeric, paprika and cumin.
