1/3 cup flour (plus a T or two to desired thickness)
4 eggs
5 T butter or Coconut oil
2 T honey (optional)
1/2 t baking soda
Directions
mix all together with mixer or immersion blender, form into 9 "balls" and push lightly with spoon. cook at 400 for 11-15 minutes, until starting to brown
