Introduction

Ingredients

    3-4 eggs - Egg whites
    approx 1 cup - Ground turkey
    3/4 cup - Mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup- Onion, chopped
    1/4 cup- shredded low fat cheese


Tips

I like to make a big batch one night and then divide it up for breakfast over the next three days. There are so many other veggies you can make with this. I also love mushroom and sun dried tomato with a little feta cheese.


Directions

- cook ground turkey in a separate pan, before you begin cooking the eggs
- pour egg whites into another pan with mushrooms and onion and begin to cook.
- put in meat and cheese when eggs start to thicken
- may season with some spices or add salsa after for some extra flavor.

Serving Size: May make approx 2 cups?
