Tips
Large containers are necessary to handle mixing and cooking the cabbage. There is very little sodium added, but a little seasoning added at the table will go a long ways.
Directions
1. Slice cabbage in 3/4 strips and combine in a large bowl with sliced green pepper, bullion, 1t sesame oil, and 1t lime juice. Mix thoroughly.
2. Toast 1T sesame seed and add to cabbage.
3. Caramelize the onion in 1T olive oil. Place in a bowl when down.
4. Cut the meat into 1/2-3/4 slice and mix in a bowl with the garlic, chili powder, mustard and 1T sesame oil.
5. Brown and cook the meat in small batches. Placed the cooked meat in the bowl with the onions and mix when done.
6. Saute the cabbage in the same pan, add 1/4 cup water and cook til done. (I prefer to stop cooking the cabbage when the top layer is just starting to cook).
7. Mix the meat in with the cabbage and serve.
