Introduction

Slow cooker pork with potatoes, pearled barley, corn and tomatoes. Slow cooker pork with potatoes, pearled barley, corn and tomatoes.

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup
    Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub potatoes and cut into small pieces, placing around pork.
Season with onion powder, black pepper and Allspice.
Add pearled barley.
Drain and add corn.
Add tomatoes with juice.
Cover and set on Low.
