Ingredients

(12) large eggs
(1/2) Cup 1% milk
(2) TBLSPN Black Pepper
(1) TBLSPN Salt
(16) ground breakfast sausage
(1) 12oz package frozen hash brown potatos
(1) cup chopped onion
(1) cup chopped bell pepper
(2) cups Mozzerella cheese, shredded
(1.5) cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl and wisk briskly to combine.
Brown sausuage in skillet until fully cooked. Drain fat.
Generously spray a large crock pot with cooking spray, and pile in 1/2 of the bag of potatos. Cover with 1/2 of the sausage. Layer 1/2 of the cheeses over the sausage.
Repeat the layering with the 2nd half of ingredients.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over hte potatos and sausage.
Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or on low 6-8 hrs.
