    One light English muffin
    Two fresh eggs
    Four tablespoons Sam's Club Fresh Salsa

Tips

I have this for breakfast many mornings and will actually fix it as a snack on the weekends--it seems to satiate my appetite for longer than a meal bar, a yogurt or something similar.


Directions

Put your English muffins in the toaster. While they're toasting, heat a nonstick pan on medium then add your two eggs, being sure not to puncture the yolks. Cook eggs until white is no longer runny but yolk is not set. Place one cooked egg on each half on your toasted English muffin then top with the salsa.
