Ingredients

    4 large eggs
    1.5 cups erythritol
    0.5 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1.25 cup unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    0.5 tsp salt
    coconutoil for greasing pan

Directions

1. whip eggs till fluffy.
2. add sugar.
3. edd remaining ingredients.
4. grease pan with coconut oil
5. pour batter into the pan.
6. bake at 300 deg for 45 minutes.
