Ingredients

    One packet of Italian l salad dressing mix, dry
    3 ounces of vinegar
    3 ounces of water
    2 ounces of olive oil

Tips

Italian dressing is great because it is a think dressing. It will roll all over the place and cover more salad than a thicker dressing will. What I typically do is cut up some cucumber, tomato and sweet onion into a bowl, then add the one ounce of salad dressing. I let it marinade for about 20 minutes. This allows the "waters" from the vegetables to seep into the dressing, and the vegetables to soak up some of the dressing.


Directions

Combine all ingredients. Mix well before each use.
